Text by Linda Rebecchini, illustrations by Francesco Montesanti. The book for those who at least once in their life have thought: "I wish I had invented this!" Mr. Peppino is a postman from Bologna who has always felt like an inventor. Having reached retirement age, he can finally devote himself to his true passion and, in order to make his inventions known to the world, he is willing to give them away for free. To do so, he needs the help of Olga Sbaffini, an eccentric neighbor with whom he has become friends at the swimming pool. It is to her that Peppino entrusts his inventions and a much more difficult task: finding a publisher willing to publish them. The proof of Olga's success is the book that the reader holds in his hands. Will there be anyone among her readers willing to make one of the many ideas contained in the book come true?
